We are a small in home breeder that breeds for quality, loving, well socialized puppies. All of our puppies are given unconditional love from the minute that they are born until the day that they go to their new homes. I do not believe in crating dogs as they are part of our family and live, eat and sleep in our home. If you are a puppy mill or large breeder please look elsewhere. We are very selective as to who we sell a puppy to and hope to keep a relationship going for years to come with our puppies new families.

We are a forever home for all of our babies. Should a new owner not be able to keep their Shih~Tzu no matter what age, we are happy to be able to have it come home to Amadora Shih~Tzus We only have a couple of litters a year and as the puppies are born they will be posted on this web site. Please be sure that you have the time and compassion to be a Shih Tzu owner as they do require quality time and unconditional Love. Give it to them and it is guaranteed that they will return it to you Forever !!!

I am asked all of the time where I came up with the name Amadora I was born and raised by a wonderful Italian Mom (DiMaggio} and had a large wonderful Italian family. I started searching for appropriate names and decided to use the beautiful language that is my heritage.
